Mr Black, I remember the times when you would give us random meaningless assignments. We would be asked to come up with a number on the production of BMW's in the US and to justifiy our conclusions. It was the strangest class I had taken. You didn't tell us, but it was the beginning of our path to learning epistemology. Our education raised us on a steady diet of absorbing from textbooks. You introduced doubt. We find ourselves questioning the world, to find for ourselves what it meant to understand truth and love.

A gynecologist has a midlife crisis and takes night classes to become a mechanic.
She's really nervous the night of the final, so she studies real hard and hopes for the best.

When the grades are posted, she freaks out because her grade says 150% and she assumes it was an error so she goes to see the instructor.

Watching the recent South Park episode on Apple's arcane TOS agreements, I think it's about time we started something to help users deal with the massive walls of text that we're supposed to be reading.

Suppose the conditions in the TOS could be quantized into discrete agreements. Suppose that there was only one TOS that you had to actually read and understand. Then you can create a profile for yourself that lists the types of things you agree to (and disagree to) e.g. I agree not to copy/distribute this software, I agree to have my locations be used by first party etc.

Getting past the birth sequence was only the beginning of the glitches associated with crappy intel drivers. Notably, the heads of NPC's would rotate at impossible angles i.e. as if they were zombies with no neckbones. There was also a lack of walk cycle animations. Occasionally it would look like the characters were skating on one leg up stairs. Overall the experience felt very much like playing a surreal version of paper mario as most of the animations were not able play out. Targeting in FP was much easier though.

Of the million applicants that applied, only 62k were accepted to the prestigious grad program of McDonalds U. In comparison, Ph.D programs seem almost easy to get into.

After installing F3, I eagerly opened the program and was met with the familiar face in powered armor that appeared in the last 2 installments (No, Brotherhood of Steel doesn't count). Starting a new game, I was immediately met with my first problem--the program just crashed. Digging through the online forums I found that I needed to install Games for Windows Live, and also needed to disable the dual-core i.e. using only one core and 2 threads.

Fallout 3 has crashed.

I just realized that this weekend, you can post an "Egg Hunt" poster near any grassy area...
